Franziska Zenhaeusern is a Manager for School Training and Support in the Center for the Study and Prevention of Violence (CSPV). Prior to joining CSPV, she worked as a public school principal in Colorado and Guatemala for 14 years. She holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. In her current role, she is implementing the Safe Communities Safe Schools (SCSS) Model in Colorado schools and also piloting it at four schools in Indonesia. Her primary research interests are in culturally responsive adaptations within implementation science as well as systemic shared leadership development.
