Researchers from Universitas Syiah Kuala in Banda Aceh, Indonesia, and Universitas Indonesia in Depok, Indonesia, host their partners from the University of Colorado Boulder, Dr. Sabrina Arredondo Mattson and Susanne Argamaso, to collaborate on the implementation of the adapted Safe Communities Safe Schools model. Periodic on-site visits provide the opportunity for all members of the Indonesian teams to contribute to ensuring the cultural adaptations are appropriate and effective.
