Heidi Tannous

Heidi works as a research assistant for the Center for the Study and Prevention of Violence. She graduated from the University of Denver with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and psychology. During her time at DU, she worked as a research assistant for the Institute for Human-Animal Connection at the Graduate School of Social Work and completed her own research on the implications of LGBTQ+ focused school policy in her senior thesis. In her free time, she enjoys baking, cooking, and exploring new places.
