Rona Wilensky

I was the founding principal of New Vista High School, a small non-traditional school of choice in Boulder Valley School District. Prior to the that I worked as an educational consultant to a variety of organizations in the Denver area. Earlier in my career I received a Ph.D. in Economics from Yale University and taught at the University of Denver for three years.

I work as a thought partner to individuals and teams working in the public and non-profit sector to support organizations that value inclusion and psychological safety.
