Amanda Ladika is the Manager of Blueprints for Healthy Youth Development whose mission is to promote evidence-based interventions that are effective in reducing antisocial behavior and promoting a healthy course of youth development and adult maturity. She also serves as the Data Analyst on multi-state and local Colorado dissemination efforts of the Blueprints-certified LifeSkills Training program. Her long history at CU Boulder includes working on program evaluations and projects examining the etiology of delinquent behavior and successful adolescent development.
